Privacy Policy

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "pilbet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the pilbet platform at pilbet.asia.
• "Platform" means the pilbet website, mobile interface, gaming products, payment infrastructure, and all associated services accessible via pilbet.asia.
• "Personal Data" or "Personal Information" means any information, whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual. This definition is consistent with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
• "Processing" means any operation or set of operations performed upon Personal Data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, consolidation, blocking, erasure, or destruction.
• "Data Subject" means any registered pilbet user or other natural person whose Personal Data is processed by pilbet.
• "Data Controller" refers to pilbet in its capacity as the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data on the Platform.
• "NPC" means the National Privacy Commission of the Republic of the Philippines, the regulatory authority responsible for administering and enforcing the Data Privacy Act.
• "Sensitive Personal Information" has the meaning assigned to it under Section 3(l) of the Data Privacy Act, and includes information about an individual's health, financial records, and government-issued identification details, among others.

pilbet is the data controller responsible for Personal Data processed through the Platform. As data controller, pilbet determines the purposes for which your Personal Data is collected and the manner in which it is processed, stored, and disclosed.

pilbet has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy. Contact details for the pilbet DPO are set out in Section 15 of this Policy.

pilbet collects the following categories of Personal Data, to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

3.1 Account Registration Data

• Full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID)
• Date of birth (to verify you meet the 21+ age requirement)
• Email address
• Philippine mobile number
• Chosen username and encrypted password
• Residential address

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Copies of government-issued Philippine identification documents (e.g., UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, PhilSys national ID)
• Selfie or live photo for identity matching purposes
• Source of funds documentation, where required by anti-money laundering compliance procedures

3.3 Financial Data

• Deposit and withdrawal transaction records, including amounts, timestamps, and payment method identifiers
• GCash, Maya, or bank account reference identifiers used for transactions (pilbet does not store full GCash PINs, online banking passwords, or complete payment card numbers)
• Account balance history and bonus transaction records

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Game play logs, including game titles, bet amounts, outcomes, session durations, and timestamps
• Sports betting selections and settlement records
• Bonus and promotion usage history

3.5 Technical and Device Data

• IP address at the time of login and transaction
• Device type, operating system, and browser information
• Session tokens and authentication logs
• Geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address) to support compliance with jurisdictional access requirements

3.6 Communications Data

• Records of your communications with pilbet support, including live chat transcripts, emails, and call recordings where applicable
• Survey responses, feedback submissions, and complaint records

pilbet collects Personal Data through the following means:

• Directly from you when you register an account, complete KYC verification, make deposits or withdrawals, participate in promotions, contact support, or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Automatically through the Platform's technical infrastructure, including server logs, cookies, session tracking technologies, and device fingerprinting during your use of the Platform;
• From third-party payment providers (such as GCash or Maya) where transaction reference information is shared as part of the payment processing workflow;
• From identity verification service providers engaged by pilbet to assist with KYC document authentication and age verification;
• From regulatory authorities or law enforcement where pilbet is required to receive or process information about a Data Subject as part of a regulatory inquiry or legal process.

pilbet processes your Personal Data for the following purposes:

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, pilbet processes your Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between pilbet and you, including account registration, payment processing, and game delivery. Without this processing, pilbet cannot provide you with access to the Platform.
• Legal obligation: Processing required for pilbet to comply with applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements, including KYC under anti-money laundering regulations, age verification requirements, and reporting obligations to PAGCOR and other competent authorities.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out in furtherance of pilbet's legitimate business interests — such as fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring — where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Consent: Processing carried out on the basis of your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, such as the sending of promotional and marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred prior to withdrawal.

pilbet does not sell your Personal Data. pilbet may share your Personal Data with the following categories of recipients, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy:

7.1 Service Providers and Processors

pilbet engages third-party service providers who process Personal Data on pilbet's behalf under contractual arrangements that require them to protect your data in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable law. These include:

• Payment processors and e-wallet operators (GCash, Maya, banks operating InstaPay/PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ) for transaction processing;
• KYC and identity verification providers for document authentication and age verification;
• Game content providers whose platforms deliver games accessed via pilbet, to the extent necessary for game operation and dispute resolution;
• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers that store Platform data in secure data center environments;
• Customer support platform providers used to manage live chat, email, and other support communications.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

pilbet may disclose Personal Data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), law enforcement agencies, and other competent Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. pilbet will notify affected Data Subjects of such disclosure where it is legally permissible to do so.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event that pilbet or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, Personal Data held by pilbet may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to the acquiring entity assuming pilbet's obligations under this Privacy Policy or providing Data Subjects with advance notice and the opportunity to object.

pilbet uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform for the following purposes:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function, including session management, login authentication, and security features. These cannot be disabled without impacting core Platform functionality.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences, such as language settings and display choices, to improve your experience on pilbet.
• Analytics cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how users navigate and use the Platform to enable pilbet to improve site performance and content.
• Fraud prevention and security tokens: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and unauthorized access to pilbet accounts.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to log in and use certain features of the pilbet Platform. pilbet does not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.

pilbet retains your Personal Data for as long as your Account is active and, following account closure, for the minimum periods required by applicable law and regulation. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, consistent with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements applicable to Philippine gaming operators.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the date of the relevant transaction, or such longer period as may be required by the AMLC or other applicable regulatory authority.
• Game play logs: Retained for a period of at least two (2) years for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Support communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years after the relevant interaction, or longer where a complaint or dispute remains open.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period after unsubscription, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

On expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized such that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

pilbet implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the pilbet Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data fields at rest within pilbet's database infrastructure;
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to Personal Data to authorized personnel with a demonstrated need;
• Two-factor authentication availability for all pilbet user accounts, strongly recommended for all users;
• Regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing of the Platform infrastructure;
• Incident response procedures and a data breach notification protocol aligned with NPC reporting requirements.

While pilbet takes all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You should also take steps to protect your account by using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by pilbet:

• Right to be Informed: The right to know whether Personal Data pertaining to you is being processed, and to receive clear information about the collection, use, and sharing of your data — which this Privacy Policy fulfills.
• Right of Access: The right to obtain from pilbet a copy of the Personal Data held about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request that inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held about you be corrected or updated. You can update most information directly in your account settings.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, where data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Note that pilbet may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, which may limit the scope of this right.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your Personal Data based on legitimate interests, including where Personal Data is used for direct marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive a copy of Personal Data you have provided to pilbet in a structured, commonly used format where the processing is based on your consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe that your rights under the Data Privacy Act have been violated. The NPC may be reached through their official channels at privacy.gov.ph.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to the pilbet Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Rights Request." pilbet will respond within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a verifiable request, consistent with NPC guidelines. pilbet may need to verify your identity before processing a rights request.

The pilbet Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. pilbet does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. As part of the KYC process, pilbet verifies the age of all registered users.

If pilbet becomes aware that Personal Data belonging to a person under 21 years of age has been collected, pilbet will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered on the pilbet Platform, please contact [email protected] immediately.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors in their care do not access the pilbet Platform through a registered adult account or otherwise. pilbet encourages account holders to use device parental controls and to store login credentials securely.

pilbet may engage service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers, game content suppliers, and technical support services — that operate infrastructure or personnel outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where Personal Data is transferred to entities in other jurisdictions, pilbet ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with standards at least equivalent to those required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Such safeguards include contractual data processing agreements incorporating the data protection principles required by Philippine law, and pilbet's assessment that the recipient jurisdiction provides an adequate level of protection or that the specific transfer is justified on a recognized legal basis. Any cross-border transfer of data is conducted strictly for the purposes identified in Section 5 of this Policy.

pilbet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new Platform features, changes in applicable law, or regulatory guidance from the NPC. When updates are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised to reflect the date of the change.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we use your Personal Data or your rights as a Data Subject — pilbet will provide advance notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect. For less significant changes, continued use of the Platform after the updated Policy is posted will constitute your acknowledgment of the revised terms.
