Accounts confirmed to belong to users under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pilbet Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other means of circumvention — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
pilbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your Account relationship, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when required by regulatory or internal compliance procedures. Acceptable documents include UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, PhilSys national ID, and other government-issued Philippine identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pilbet login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pilbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. pilbet Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights or obligations arising from it to any third party. Any attempt to do so is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
pilbet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction. All funds in your pilbet Balance are denominated in ₱ PHP.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your Account dashboard. pilbet reserves the right to modify these limits at any time and may impose lower limits on specific Accounts at its discretion for compliance or responsible gaming purposes.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your pilbet Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically processed within the timeframes established by the relevant financial institution. pilbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or public holiday processing restrictions.
All funds deposited to your pilbet Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including family members' GCash wallets or unregistered prepaid instruments, are prohibited. pilbet reserves the right to return funds and request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit that appears inconsistent with normal Account activity.
All transactions on pilbet are conducted in Philippine Peso. pilbet does not accept or process foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider used and any associated fees are borne by the User.
Withdrawals of real-money Balance from your pilbet Account are subject to the following conditions:

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically without notice or compensation.

Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All pilbet slot, table, and number games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) values for all games are published in the game information panel. pilbet does not modify RNG outcomes and has no ability to do so — all game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG at the point of play.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, communication failure, or any other technical issue that interrupts game play, pilbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the User's Balance. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license in any pilbet intellectual property. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pilbet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your pilbet Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pilbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors, loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pilbet's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by pilbet's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pilbet; or (c) any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pilbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the User, any Balance held in that Account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law and where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or serious violations. In all other cases, real-money Balances will be returned to the User via their verified payment method following satisfactory verification.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pilbet Account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of your relationship with pilbet, you should first contact pilbet's support team at [email protected], providing your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. pilbet will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pilbet's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. pilbet will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
Game outcome disputes shall be determined by reference to pilbet's server-side game logs, which shall be the authoritative record of game results. In the event of a discrepancy between game display output and server-side records, the server-side record shall prevail.
pilbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pilbet will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users via their registered email address or mobile number. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through pilbet's internal complaints process or applicable regulatory channels.
